1. Packaging: All artwork is professionally packed with the utmost care to ensure its safe arrival. I use high-quality, art-specific packing materials, including:

  • Acid-free paper to protect the painting's surface.
  • Multiple layers of bubble wrap or foam for cushioning.
  • Sturdy, double-walled corrugated art boxes.
  • Corner protectors to prevent damage to edges.
  • All packages are clearly marked "FRAGILE" and "THIS SIDE UP."

2. Domestic Shipping (within [Your Country, e.g., the United States]):

  • Carriers: I typically ship via [e.g., UPS, FedEx, or specialized art handlers for larger works].
  • Processing Time: Orders are generally processed and shipped within [e.g., 5-7 business days] after payment is received. Please note that custom crating may extend this timeframe.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.
  • Signature Confirmation: All shipments require a signature upon delivery to ensure the artwork is received by the intended recipient.

3. International Shipping:

  • Shipping Costs: International shipping costs are calculated based on the artwork's size, weight, destination, and chosen shipping method (air freight or sea freight). These costs will be provided in your custom quote.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
    • Important Note: The buyer is solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the artwork's price or shipping cost.
    • Please research your country's import regulations and potential charges before purchasing.
  • Documentation: We will provide all necessary customs documentation.
  • Processing Time: International orders may have longer processing and transit times due to customs procedures.

4. Insurance: All artwork is fully insured for its declared value during transit. In the unlikely event of loss or damage during shipping, please contact me immediately (within [e.g., 48 hours] of delivery) with photographic evidence of the damage to the artwork and packaging.
